  2. Enter the tracking code sent by email.

Responsibility for Delivery:

Yes, at REITIRES, we take full responsibility for your orders. Although it is not possible to track each order individually, we guarantee that in the event of irregularities in delivery, such as loss, damage or theft, REITIRES will bear all costs related to reshipment.

Shipping Deadline:

Your product will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation, plus the postal delivery time, which varies according to your zip code.

Delivery Tracking:

In the event of delivery issues, such as loss, theft or delay, we cannot guarantee immediate notification. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to track the delivery. If any inconvenience arises, please contact us so that we can resolve the situation promptly.

Incorrect Delivery Information:

In the event of incorrect or missing delivery information provided by the customer, a postal fee will be applied for reshipment or refund. Reshipment will only be carried out after receipt of the original order at our Distribution Center and confirmation of payment of the reshipment fee.
